§ 01 · The Price
What it costs.
| Plan | Price | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Free month | US$0 | 30 days from sign-up. No card. |
| Paid plan | US$1.50 to 2.00 a month, depending on where you buy | Monthly or yearly. Yearly costs less than twelve months. |
Nothing is added when you buy from us. App stores apply local tax their own way, and in some countries add it at checkout.
Paying during your free month doesn't shorten it: paid time starts when the free month ends.
§ 02 · Where You Buy
The Windows app, or Google Play.
Stores set their own prices by country, which is why the price is a range. The app shows the price before you confirm.
- Windows app: you buy from us, paid through Razorpay. Auto-renew or a one-time payment.
- Android app: you buy through Google Play, at the price Google Play shows for your country. It renews every period until you cancel in Google Play (the app links there); you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Google Play sends the receipts and reminders for these payments.
- Apple is coming later.
§ 03 · Currency
What you pay in.
- Buying from us in India you pay in rupees. We convert the US-dollar price at the day's exchange rate and show you the rupee amount before you pay. An auto-renew keeps the rupee amount it started at, so its price doesn't follow the exchange rate. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking; auto-renew runs on a card or UPI AutoPay.
- Buying from us in the other countries listed below you pay in US dollars by international card. Your card issuer may convert the amount into your own currency and may charge its own fees.
- In Google Play you pay in the currency Google Play shows you.
§ 04 · Availability
Where you can buy from us.
Buying from us is available in India, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Hong Kong, by billing country. Google Play's own country list applies to the Android app.
Everywhere else, buying from us is not available yet. The free month and reading your mail still work there.
§ 05 · Two Ways To Pay
Auto-renew, or pay once.
- Auto-renew (optional). You pay for the first month or year when you turn it on. It starts when your free month (or time you have already paid for) ends, then renews every month or year until you turn it off. Turn it off any time in Settings → Subscription in the Windows app; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. We email you before each charge. Our billing email comes from billing@adamanture.com (Adamanture Private Limited), and replies go to support@adamanture.com. Razorpay also emails you about auto-renew. (In the Android app the subscription always renews through Google Play, which manages it and sends its own receipts.)
- One-time payment (Windows app). Pay once for 30 days or 365 days. It never renews.
§ 06 · When A Plan Ends
Reading keeps working.
When a plan ends and isn't renewed, your account becomes read-only. Reading and decrypting your mail keep working. Sending is paused until you renew.
§ 07 · The Small Print
Payments, taxes and price changes.
- Payments in the Windows app are processed by Razorpay, and in the Android app by Google Play. The merchant is Adamanture Private Limited. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay or Google, never to us.
- Taxes: Nothing is added when you buy from us. App stores apply local tax their own way, and in some countries add it at checkout.
- Price changes: we give at least 30 days' notice before a renewal at a new price.
- Refunds and cancellation: see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
